National Records Manager
Epiq Systems, Inc.
Oversees all Records and IG operations for a client with multiple sites nationwide
Responsible for the direct management of personnel, and other company assets within those accounts
Work with the Regional GBTS Director to increase revenues, control costs, achieve budgeted profit, and exceed client expectations for service
Responsible for proactive management, Records staff development, training programs as well as providing a high-level customer interface
Expected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by Epiq
Work hand-in-hand with a cross-functional team of local and national Operations, Technology, Human Resources and Account Management professionals to ensure continuity and consistency, while adhering to Firm-specific office needs
This position will provide leadership at the national and site level to ensure effective, consistent implementation of Firm initiatives and services across all offices domestically.
