Governor Ted Kulongoski's Proclamation! - <click here> (PDF)ARMA Oregon ’s 40th Anniversary Celebration Mark your calendars – On Thursday, May 21, the Oregon Chapter of ARMA will celebrate its 40th anniversary at McMenamins Edgefield, 2126 SW Halsey in Troutdale. The festivities will take place on the second floor Main Ballroom, starting at 6 p.m. The 40th Anniversary Planning Committee met on January 31 and is off to a great start. In addition to securing an excellent venue, we are pursuing several ideas we are excited about. Good food and good fun will be at the top of the agenda – we’ll hearken back to 1969 for our soundtrack and a trivia contest that will pit table against table. Trivia questions will also test your RIM knowledge, so be on your toes. Attendees are invited to dress in their best 1960’s attire – you don’t have to, of course, but if you do, you just might win the best(?)-dressed contest. Enjoy an evening of socializing with Chapter members – you’ll also have the opportunity to meet our Region representatives as well as a few past Chapter members. If you’re coming from a long distance, consider staying overnight. Rooms are $75 plus tax – 10 rooms have been blocked for ARMA members. Call 503-666-8610 to reserve your room.
